Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee items will be removed?
No. No credit-repair tool can legally guarantee a removal — outcomes depend on what's on your report, how the bureaus and collectors respond, and whether the negative information is accurate. What can be guaranteed is that the letters are drafted correctly and properly cited under FCRA and FDCPA.
How many cycles will I need?
Most cases resolve in 3–6 cycles depending on how aggressive the items are. Straightforward inquiry disputes often close in one cycle. Collection accounts with legitimate documentation can take longer. See how long until I see results.
Can I pause a case?
Yes. See switching plans or pausing. There's no cancellation fee — pause when you need to and resume when you're ready.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encryption at rest and in transit, MFA enforced for any staff access, an immutable audit log on every privileged action. See how we protect your data.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account is soft-deleted immediately and hard-deleted 30 days later. Within that window you can recover via the recovery link in the confirmation email. After 30 days, all data is irreversibly purged from both the primary database and backups.
Who do I contact with a question not answered here?
Email support (the address is on the help index) or fill out the contact form. We reply within one business day.
