Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account stays usable until then.
Refunds
Credit Hack AI does not offer prorated refunds on mid-month cancellations. If you were charged in error (double charge, failed subscription resumption, etc.) we fix those promptly: contact support via the contact page with your Stripe receipt.
What happens to your data
When you cancel, your account and uploaded reports are retained for 30 days so you can resubscribe without losing history. After 30 days the data moves to soft-delete; after 60 days it's hard-deleted. You can trigger a hard delete immediately from your account data settings at any time.
