Self-serve vs Agency tiers
There are four tiers grouped into two paths: self-serve (you repairing your own credit) and agency (a credit-repair business managing clients on their behalf). Pick the path that matches how you'll actually use it.
Self-serve path — for individuals
- CHAI. The entry-level individual tier.
- CHAI+. The full individual tier. Most people who repair their own credit live here.
Agency path — for credit-repair businesses
- CHAI Agency. For agencies that manage multiple clients.
- CHAI Agency Pro. Everything in CHAI Agency plus whitelabel — your logo, your business name, your branding presented to clients.
How to choose
- Repairing your own credit, single file: CHAI or CHAI+.
- Repairing a family member's credit alongside your own: still CHAI+ — their case is separate from yours.
- Running a credit-repair organization that bills clients for the service: CHAI Agency at minimum. Federal and state law treats you as a Credit Repair Organization. See CROA and software.
- Need to deliver the experience under your own brand: CHAI Agency Pro.
Switching tiers
You can move between tiers any time. See switching plans or pausing.
The live price points are on the pricing section. For billing mechanics see plans and billing.
